After searching for a suitable site to buy quality birds online and finding very few the owner decided to set one up himself.

Buy Budgies was set up to offer breeders an opportunity to buy and sell quality budgerigars online. This expanded into offering the best range of Bird products available with new products being offered weekly.

Buy Budgies is a small business based in Queensland Australia and prides themselves on offering quality products and service.

About the Owner

Peter Brown and buybudgies.com is based in Brisbane Queensland. Peter started breeding budgies in 1984, then in 1986 joined the Australian Budgerigar Society and served as secretary and bulletin editor, he then went on to win the Nationals Best Clearwing in 1989. In 1991 Peter left the fancy only now to return to start all over again as a Novice. Peter offers Buy Budgies to the fancy as a facility to communicate, educate and buy & sell budgies and products. Peter has been involved in marketing & promotions most of his working life and has been a business broker for the past 5 years. He is now devoted to making this small internet business succeed and welcomes feedback and sugesstions.
